

as the "creative director" for the cafe's smoothies, i decided to give jackfruit a try. the fruit is native to India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. although nothing compares to fresh jackfruit, the canned version is the next best thing. this smoothie was created using canned jackfruit with syrup, some condensed milk, and ice. it was D-licious!
